My last masterclass was all about arranging the features satisfactorily in your rough caricature’s general head-shape. This time around, you’re going to refine your decisions and tighten up that likeness.
To do this, some tracing over your initial sketches is in order. Some of you might be drawing on a device, which is 100% fine, if that’s your bag. But, like Detective John McClane, I’m an analogue man in a digital world, and a die-hard devotee of my layout pad, which is perfect for this kind of rough work.
